Warranty

Our goal is to bring you quality jewelry meant to be lived in and loved through many seasons. We source items from merchants whose products and values align with our vision. Warranties for some products are available depending on the merchant, as listed below.

Brenda Grands Warranty (applies to products marked "BG" only):

We provide a warranty for all our jewelry against damage from manufacturing defects. To make a warranty claim, please email shopmodpearl@gmail.com using the subject line "Warranty Claim."

Warranty for Water Resistant Products (BG only):
Brenda Grands offers a 6-month warranty for products designated as water resistant with proof of purchase.

Warranty for Waterproof Products (BG only):
Brenda Grands offers a 12-month warranty for products designated as waterproof with proof of purchase.

After Purchase From our Store or Website (All items):
Upon receipt of the items, please inspect them carefully to ensure that all items are present and in good condition, free from imperfections or defects. Report any missing items or defects within (2) weeks of receipt. For manufacturing defects that arise after this period, please complete a Warranty Claim request by emailing shopmodpearl@gmail.com. Warranty claims after the 2 week form receipt period are approved only on a case by case basis.

All items: Please heed care instructions found on the website and/or back of the tags to ensure longevity of the jewelry piece. Mod Pearl Jewelry Co. and merchants including Brenda Grands & Bara Boheme are not responsible for damage to the item caused by neglect or misuse of the jewelry or for lost or stolen items.
